Installation Instructions

Step 1.

To begin the download scranton_pa.exe select "Run".

Step 2.

To begin the installation, select "Run".

Step 3.

When the download is complete, select "Next" to continue the installation.

Follow the directions provided to complete installation.

Try downloading it again.
